Cool Earth is a non-profit organisation that works alongside rainforest communities to halt deforestation and climate change.
Nature can be our strongest ally in combating climate change. Rainforest stores carbon, regulates the water cycle and protects millions of species of plants and animals. One of the many reasons why we support Cool Earth to protect these essential ecosystems.
Cool Earth works with people living in the world’s most threatened rainforest. With our support, they're able to help local people grow sustainable incomes, protect carbon-rich rainforest and preserve our planet now and for the future.

From setting up an in-country team to working directly with communities and local NGOs to develop their capacity, Cool Earth supports local and indigenous knowledge to develop innovative ways to address threats to the forest while making communities stronger and more resilient.
Whether it’s climate, food or finance, resilient communities are key to the long term protection of their forest. By investing in sustainable livelihoods, strong self-determining communities have greater capacity to protect their forest.
